I'm presenting my crowdfunding project for a Graphics LCD Controller for RAMPS, Sanguinololu & Melzi.
Simple Plug&Play adapters are shipped with the Controller. Many other are possible with DIY wiring adapters.

It has a reasonable price starting at 49€ incl. shipping.
