CNC Water Cooled hot end for sale $25 (no replies)

I had been having problems with heat creep on my Anet, and my DIY Core XY. Both are in my garage and it gets up to 100F in here. I also put an enclosure over each printer to help maintain temps in colder months, and left them on during hotter months also. But I started to get heat creep issues and I could not solve it, so I decided to design water cooled end that used some off the shelf parts. A Turnigy water jacked for inrunner RC motors, they are cheap about 5 dollar from hobby king and a pump from amazon, about 10 dollars. So for less than 50 bucks you can have a water cooled 3D printer, and move your way up to enclosed prints with high chamber temps.

I have not had any heat creep issues since. No cooler has been needed so far. I bought some DI water from the store and am using that as my cooling fluid. I have the pump in a tupperware container sitting on the bench next to the printer. So far this thing has been bullet proof, and I am very happy with it. I made some small design improvements from my first design, mainly lead-in chamfers to help the o-rings get into place.

I have a short video on my anet on Youtube if you look up eric.ensley you will find it.

I am selling the CNC'd part for $25 plus shipping. If you are interested PM me.

Thank you
