Kossel XXL build from scratch 80% completed,I follow DC42 blog and build low budget version xxl size,Metal corner for profile 2040,MGN12 750mm long and Duet board are out of my budget,I use 3d printed corners and use Think3dprint3d rollers, DC42 vertical carriage for Motedis profile,MksSbase 1,2 and 3,2TFT display working fine,
Max print height is 505 mm in centre ,Printing radius 280mm ,Arms can reach full range of hot bed
Vertical towers 3x 2040 Motedis i5 type profile 1000mm high,
Bottom triangle reinforced 2 side 2060 360mm long,
Top triangle 3x 2020 360mm long ,
3d printed corners ,effector,carriage,
MKS Sbase 1,2 Smoothie 2 gb microsd on board + 3,2 TFT display
Stepper motors 3x 17hd40001 1,3 A connected to board
Pulley 20 teeth ,gt belts and idlers
Extruder motor ratio 1/5
Mechanical end stops connected to board
Auto level pressure sensor connected to Z-
e3d clone hot end ,
Power supply 12 v 350W.
Dual v rollers and printed carriage ,
Carbon arms 8mm diameter 340mm long,
Hot bed SeeMeCNC rev 6 12 v 11A 310mm diameter,
tempered glass 310m diameter 5 mm tick
Remain to connect hotbed to frame and extruder cable to motherboard,
I will move to Thailand and kit remain in EU,
