It is built with an acrylic frame using the single_frame design.

Aluminium heated bed, compact extruder with 2engineers motor, 3mm filament 0.5mm nozzle hotend, 240W 12V power supply, sanguinololu electronics.

I finished building it when a batch of aluminium frames started selling, so I could not resist and built a second i3, that is why I am selling this one.

Printer is new and in working order (calibrated).

Video( [youtu.be] ). Sorry about the blinding hotend light, it looks much better in reality than on camera.

I'd rather deal with a local customer so we do not have to worry about shipping cost.

I'm asking 850€.

Hi,

As most people, I was looking to find a cheap source for 3d printer DIY sets.
By accident I found 2 companies in Indonesia that offer 3d printers for 40% of the normal price

I was close to order but they only was for wire transfer, no paypal .
I ask them for documents about their companies (company registration etc) but both companies did not replied and only ask me to transfer the funds.
As I'm based in Thailand already for a while, i had some friends in Indonesia, I ask them to checkout the companies in Jakarta, both companies did not exist under the address they claimed and nobody picked up the phone.

Just an warning to the community

Hey Everyone!

MatterHackers is now carrying Kapton tape in 20mm, 50mm, and 200mm widths in both a regular and extra thick version. All rolls are 33m in length. Due to its temperature tolerance, Kapton Tape is great to use as a printing surface (applied to a heated build platform) and for insulating hot-ends. When heated, Polyimide film adheres particularly well to ABS plastic and can be used to prevent or reduce warping.

Hi!

I learned a lot with my first electronics design called STB board [www.reprap.org] .

My graphic LCD code for a 128x64 dots display is part of the official Marlin firmware since a few weeks. (:D

Based on what i learned i decided to built a second generation of this electronics which includes most features the users asked for.
